Another Level or Envision the Possibilities

Visual Edge is a premiere multiple media workshop for photojournalists and their reporting colleagues. Participants study how newsroom convergence and technology is affecting print, broadcast and electronic media. We explore the latest improvements in multimedia photographic reporting and technology and grapple with issues related to reporting, ethical decision-making, leadership, diversity, workflow and quality control. All workshop participants researched and reported assignments in the Tampa Bay-St. Petersburg area using the latest equipment and software and were coached and instructed by industry leaders.

The result is a series of multiple media packages comprised of digital still photographs, video, natural sound, short captions and introductions. They are published here for your enlightenment.
