Leslie White has worked on the photo desk at The Dallas Morning News for over six years, currently serving as News Photo Editor.

She previously served as photo assignments editor and electronic photo editor for the DMN. In the 1997 Pictures of the Year competition, she was awared first place in Individual Picture Editing Porfolio and with fellow DMN photo editor, Paula Nelson, was awarded first place in Team Picture Editing. Before joining the desk at the DMN, she worked as a staff photographer at the Times Picayune (New Orleans, La.).
